WE ASK YOU DONT THROW ANYTHING AWAY OR DONATE, SO WE CAN DETERMINE WHAT IS TRASH OR TREASURE

THE ESTATE SALE PROCESS:

The first step is to make an appointment with us for an initial consultation. Usually, a 45minute to 1 hour meeting at the house you want to sell your items. We will go over our services, our commission is 45%, and lastly discuss our available schedule for weekends to host your sale. 

If you chose to use our company, we will schedule another appointment to sign the contract. We need at least 2 weeks for setup and advertisement before the sale.

We can NOT do the sale if anyone is living in the home. We bring our own tables and will determine what is TRASH OR TREASURE! So please DONT THROW ANYTHING AWAY! We host your sale for 3 days, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 10am-3pm. During the course of the sale, we will be discounting each day after Friday we are open, highest discount being 50% off. 

We do NOT guarantee we can sell everything! We have no control what will sell and not sell but we can guarantee to do our best.  All advertising is done by Sisters Estate Sales. We advertise in local paper, emails, our website, Facebook, and Estatesales.net. We do not sell broken and damaged items. These items will be put in the trash.

WE PAY YOU WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE LAST DAY OF SALE. We give you a check for your commission and invoice breaking the sale down.

WE WORK ON A COMMISSION BASE ONLY OF 45%.

The benefits of working with our realtor are to advertise the sale along with an open house to get more foot traffic for estate sale and house sale, realtor will work the estate sale and gets to know the quirks of the house, and it's a smother transaction from start to finish.
